Special Election March 3rd Vote Centers

Special Election
The Davenport, North Scott, and Pleasant Valley School Districts will hold a Special Election on Tuesday March 3, 2026 from 7 am to 8pm. This election will be held for the purpose of renewing the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL) that is currently in place in Scott County.
The City of Walcott will also hold a Special Election on Tuesday March 3, 2026 to fill a vacancy on the City Council.
Vote Centers will be used for this election. Voters may vote at any of the following locations on Election Day:
- VC1 AG Donahue Fire Station
- VC2 B23 Bettendorf Library
- VC3 B53 TBK Bank Sports Complex
- VC4 BG Bluegrass Public Safety Building
- VC5 D11 Davenport Fairmount Library
- VC6 D33 Scott County Administrative Center
- VC7 D64 Duck Creek Park Lodge
- VC8 D72 C.A.S.I.
- VC9 D84 Davenport Eastern Library
- VC10 EL1 Scott County Library
- VC11 LC1 First Presbyterian Church of LeClaire
- VC12 PR Princeton Community Center
- VC13 PV Trinity Lutheran Church
- VC14 WC Calvary Church of Walcott
Voters can vote at any location. You do not have to vote at your precinct. This is a special situation. See the Scott County Auditor’s website for more information.
