Scott County Auditor Reminds Voters of Voting Opportunities
DAVENPORT – Scott County Auditor Kerri Tompkins reminds voters that Election Day is around the corner. “It is important to me to get the correct information out and for each voter to know there are still numerous opportunities available to vote before Election Day.”
Where can I vote in person before Election Day?
Please know each in-person voting site does provide curb-side voting. This allows voters to remain in their car and staff will bring the ballot to them to complete while staff waits.

Satellite Locations:
The following are satellite locations for all Scott County voters:
- Scott County Library, 200 N. 6th St., Eldridge
- Bettendorf Public Library, 2950 Learning Center Campus, Bettendorf
- Davenport Public Library, 6000 Eastern Ave., Davenport
- Davenport Public Library, 3000 N. Fairmount St., Davenport

When are absentee ballots due?
The deadline for the Auditor’s Office to receive absentee ballots is November 5 at 8:00 pm in the office.
How can I turn in an absentee ballot?
Ballots may be returned by mail, or hand delivered to the Auditor’s Office either by the voter, a member of the voter’s household, an immediate family member of the voter or a delivery agent.
Absentee Ballot Drop-Box Available
A ballot drop box is available for voters to return their absentee ballots. The drop box is located at the Scott County Administrative Center on the west side of the parking lot. The box will be available until Election Day, November 5 at 8:00 pm.
What if I did not receive my absentee ballot?
Please call our office or you can vote in-person at a satellite, the Auditor’s Office or on Election Day. There is a State of Iowa Voter Statement-Lost or Never Received Absentee Ballot form to sign in order to proceed.
